Arrival at the International Airport of Tbilisi, meeting and transfer to hotel. Accommodation at the hotel. Sightseeing tour in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The city was founded more than 1500 years ago, by the King Vakhtang I Gorgasali of Georgia. The name "T'pili" or "T'pilisi" (literally, "warm location") was therefore given to the city because of the area's numerous sulphuric hot springs that came out of the ground. Archaeological studies of the region have indicated human settlement in the territory of Tbilisi as early as the 4th millennium BC. In the city you have a chance to visit to the Wine Bar “Vino Underground”, where you can degustate the variety of different sorts of wines. The “Vino Underground” is the first wine bar-shop of natural wines in Tbilisi. Dinner at the restaurant with the national folk-show. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Breakfast at the hotel. Our tour starts with the visit to the winemaker region- Kakheti. Continue our trip through Gombori Pass, admire with the nature of Kakheti. A short drive to Telavi, the capital of Kakheti, where the family of ordinary Kakhetian is waiting for you and presents Georgian feast and master class of “tamada”. As well, you have a visit to Gremi and Alaverdi. Gremi- the royal citadel and the Church of the Archangels. The complex is what has survived from the once flourishing town of Gremi and is located east of the present-day village of the same name in the Kvareli district. Next visit to Alaverdi Monastery is a Georgian Eastern Orthodox . The monastery was founded by the Assyrian monk Joseph (Yoseb, Amba) Alaverdeli, who came from Antioch and settled in Alaverdi, then a small village and former pagan religious center dedicated to the Moon. Proceeding, we have a degustation of the wines in the winery of Shukhman, in Telavi. Next degustation is held in the winery of Chateau Mere. To accommodate diverse interests of its guests Chateau Mere complex comprises fifteen guest rooms, a winery, a restaurant, a big conference hall, a gift shop, an outside swimming pool and a horse stable. Overnight in Telavi.

Early breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Signaghi- a town in Georgia's easternmost region of Kakheti and the administrative center of the Sighnaghi District. Sighnaghi is the place to drink local wine and enjoy delicious Kakhetian food in one of the many restaurants. Our next stop is Tsitsnandali- a village in Kakheti, Georgia, noted for the estate and its historic winery which once belonged to the 19th-century aristocratic poet Alexander Chavchavadze (1786–1846). Have a visit to the Winery Khareba. According to the modern market and technological developments, "Winery Khareba" reorganized and considerably improved technical equipment of the winery. The Winery owns the land plot of 1000 hectare where unique Georgian and European vine species are cultivated and, accordingly, where the high quality wines are produced. Wines are made in Kakheti, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi. Continuing our trip to the heart of Kakheti- the most romantic town Signaghi. The city is a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia's wine-growing regions, as well as its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses and narrow, cobblestone streets. Signaghi is known as a "City of Love" in Georgia, with many couples visiting it just to get married. Overnight in Signaghi.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tbilisi. Accommodation in the hotel. We start with the visit to Mtskheta- one of the oldest cities of Georgia. Due to its historical significance and several cultural monuments, the "Historical Monuments of Mtskheta" became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. Not far from of the city is located the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The burial site of Christ's mantle, has long been the principal Georgian church and remains one of the most venerated places of worship to this day. Our next stop is Jvari Monastery- the sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta. Along with other historic structures of Mtskheta, it is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Lunch in the restaurant with the national dishes. Visit to Chateau Mukhrani Winery. The Chateau is situated twenty five minutes outside Tbilisi on the estate of Prince Ivane Mukhranbatoni who was a descendant of the Bagrationi, reputedly the oldest royal dynasty in the world. Here you will have the degustation of the great variety of wines. The offers will give you a fascinating insight into the traditions and secrets of Georgian winemaking, traditions which have the longest history of viniculture of any country in the world. Come back to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.
